Recorded on November 30, 1947, at Boston’s Symphony Hall and released in 1951 on Decca, this live double‑LP captures Armstrong fronting his All‑Stars: Jack Teagarden (trombone), Barney Bigard (clarinet), Dick Cary (piano), Arvell Shaw (bass), Sidney Catlett (drums), and vocalist Velma Middleton. Widely praised for its spirited solos, charismatic vocals, and impeccable ensemble interplay, it remains one of Armstrong’s most celebrated concert documents  .
