BEATLEMANIA

Beatlemania was a hit Broadway musical revue that opened in 1977 and ran for over 1,000 performances. Dubbed “Not the Beatles, but an incredible simulation,” it recreated the sound and spirit of the Beatles’ live performances, complete with authentic costumes, multimedia visuals, and era-appropriate instruments. The official soundtrack, released in 1978, features the original cast performing over 25 classic Beatles songs, covering the band’s evolution from the early mop-top hits to the psychedelic and socially conscious tunes of their later years. Though not performed by the Beatles themselves, the soundtrack captures the energy, emotion, and historical journey of Beatlemania.
